The highest-rated high school prospect in Baylor history, Walker ranked among the top 50 players in the 2024 class and a high four-star recruit. He began his college career as a redshirt freshman at Auburn before transferring to Baylor in 2025.

Rivals and ESPN rated Walker among the top five 2024 QB prospects nationally and 247 Sports called him “the best quarterback, by far” at the 2024 All-American Bowl, where he showcased NFL arm talent and confidence attacking all three levels of the field.

A three-year starter at Little Rock Christian Academy (AR), Walker passed for 2,660 yards and 29 TDs as a senior, leading the Warriors to the state title game.

He compiled career totals of 6,837 yards, 80 TDs and 30 rushing TDs. Walker was named the state of Arkansas’ offensive player of the year and all-state.
