As a true freshman at Florida State in 2023, Brock became the only quarterback in at least two decades to make his first collegiate start in a Power Five conference championship game, then started the Orange Bowl in his second appearance. He went on to make seven career starts for the Seminoles across three seasons, becoming the fourth player of the College Football Playoff era to open his career with three straight starts against top-15 opponents. Glenn joins Western Kentucky as a redshirt junior after transferring from Florida State, where he was a four-star recruit and Elite 11 finalist out of Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis.
