Texas QB KJ Lacey signs with QB Reps
Nashville, TN – University of Texas quarterback and 2025 High School All-American KJ Lacey has signed with sports marketing agency QB Reps for NIL representation. A native of Mobile, AL and high school star at Saraland High School (AL), Lacey was a top ten quarterback in the 2025 recruiting class.
“We are thrilled to welcome KJ and his family to our team,” said QB Reps co-founder Peter Webb. “KJ is a generational talent and one of the top quarterbacks ever from the state of Alabama. More importantly, he is just an incredible person – humble, hardworking, and the definition of a winner. We are grateful and honored to represent him.”
During his senior year, Lacey totaled more than 3000 yards passing and 40 TDs and led Saraland to the state finals for the third time. He finished his remarkable career with 130 TD passes and 10,985 passing yards – the second-highest tally in state history. A three-year starter with a record of 39-3 and a state title victory in 2022, Lacey is a two-time first team All-State honoree, two-time Alabama Back of the Year finalist and is a nominee for this year’s Alabama Mr. Football award. He was named MVP of the 2024 Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game, the 2024 Zaxbys High School Player of the Year, and competed as a 2024 Elite 11 Finalist.
“It was important to me and my family to have a team that shares our values, and is as passionate about the quarterback position as I am. That’s QB Reps,” said Lacey, who arrived in Austin this month as an early enrollee. “I love who and what they represent on and off the field.
Lacey becomes QB Reps’ second top-ranked, SEC-bound quarterback from the 2025 high school class, joining University of Tennessee signee George MacIntyre of Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN).
QB Reps is a highly-selective, full-service agency that exclusively represents quarterbacks from high school to the pros. It has been an exciting football season for the QB Reps roster, highlighted by Denver Broncos record-breaking rookie Bo Nix; Notre Dame star Riley Leonard, a starter in the upcoming CFP National Championship; and All Big Ten honoree Luke Altmyer of Illinois.
