Tennessee 5-star Commit, George McIntyre, Inks first NIL and accepts Elite 11 Invite
“Nashville Brentwood Academy five-star quarterback George MacIntyre committed to Tennessee in late January, choosing the in-state school over the likes of Alabama, LSU and others. Since that announcement, MacIntyre has embraced the role of ‘lead recruiter’ for this 2025 Volunteers class.
On Monday, MacIntyre earned an invitation to the Elite 11 Finals this summer in Los Angeles.
There are few higher honors for high school quarterbacks than being invited to the Elite 11 Finals. The event, which will celebrate its 25th year in 2024, brings together the country’s elite signal-callers for three days of competition and training in Los Angeles.
Elite 11 alumni include Carson Palmer, Andrew Luck, Matthew Stafford, Tim Tebow, and more recently Trevor Lawrence, C.J. Stroud, Bryce Young and more. Last year’s Elite 11 Finals featured more than a dozen of the top 20 quarterbacks in the final On3 Industry Rankings, including each of the top five players at the position.” On3
In addition, McIntyre recently inked his first NIL deal with Leaf Trading Cards.

“Tennessee quarterback commit George MacIntyre inked his first-ever NIL deal.
The five-star recruit in the 2025 class signed a multi-year, exclusive partnership with Leaf Trading Cards. Through the partnership, Leaf plans to release autographed editions, short prints and special edition cards highlighting pivotal moments throughout MacIntyre’s career.
The agreement makes Leaf Trading Cards the sole producer of George MacIntyre official trading cards. Since the inception of NIL in college sports in the summer of 2021, the race has been on for trading card brands to sign top high school recruits.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome George Macintyre to the Leaf family,” Leaf president said Josh Pankow said in a statement. “George’s unparalleled skill and dedication to his sport make him a perfect ambassador for our brand. This exclusive deal allows us to create a unique collection that will not only honor George’s legacy but also provide college football fans with exceptional collectibles that capture the essence of his career.”
